- Description
- Special Hosting Service Questions and Answers By 4 data sources you mean, there will be 4 different courses? Four different data sources (LMS, LRS, virtual platform, etc.) not four different courses. Will these 4 sources share the same Learning Objectives and send proper xAPI statements? Not necessarily. What is meant by Highly customizable? VA wants to ensure it can customize output based on the VAs learning needs. What is Ability to accept/export data using standard formats from VAs SOR for training? Is it different from SCORM or xAPI mentioned in Point 8? It is not different. What is meant by Mobile friendly, are you expecting a mobile app where course can be consumed, in that case we may need to explore Moodle Workplace as a solution VA does not require development of an app, but the solution should have the ability to deliver output to an app from Moodle. Section 1.3 states that the government requires an LMS and LRS be hosted on FedRAMP certified cloud platform (AWS GovCloud for example). For clarification, if only the hosting provider is FedRAMP certified (AWS in this example), does that meet the government's requirements or is the government requiring the LMS and the LRS also be FedRAMP certified. The hosting system and tools need to be FedRAMP certified. Is this a new or follow-on requirement? New If a follow-on, who is the incumbent and what isthe contract number? N/A
