Description

Marine Corps Base Hawaii Military Post Office has a non-personal services requirement for the maintenance of one (1) X-Ray machine which is used to detect explosive threats to the installation. All the services described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be performed at the Military Post Office, Manpower Personnel and Administration, located in Marine Corps Base (MCB) Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay.�The contractor shall provide on-site maintenance and annual preventative maintenance check for the Smiths Detection type HS 6040i X-Ray Screening System (Serial Number: 152602). Normal wear &tear parts shall be replace at no additional cost to the Government. Annual preventative maintenance check shall include operation and calibration procedures. **INTERESTED VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE WITH A CAPABILITY DOCUMENT, NOT MORE THAN 10 PAGES THAT DESCRIBES HOW THE VENDOR INTENDS TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED SERVICES.** THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT FROM RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
