- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item(s) listed below for delivery to all CMOP locations. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: renee.kreutzer@va.gov. Solicitation package 36C77021Q0518 shall be posted on Contract Opportunities on or about August 13th, 2021 and will close on August 18th, 2021 (5:00PM CDT). These dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov) for changes or amendments. This will be set-aside to Small Business vendors. Delivery is needed 30 days ARO.
