Description

The G.V. �Sonny� Montgomery VA Medical Center, Research Department, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Life Technologies Corporation (DBA Thermo Fisher Scientific), 5781 Van Allen Way, Carlsbad, CA 92008-7321 for the following services: Service Plan/Agreement for (Thermo Fisher Scientific) EVOS M5000 Imaging System.�The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The total estimated cost of the proposed contract is $11,156.08. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 (Diagnostic imaging equipment repair and maintenance services) with a size standard of $22 million. The expected award date for this contract is on or about September 15th, 2021.
