Description

Amendment 01 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the consolidated list of references (CLR) in Attachment (2), Specs. The amendment also revises the due dates for requests for drawings (Section B7) and clarifications (Section B8) of the Request for Quote document. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In accordance with Section E2 FAR 52.212-1 Addendum (B)(5) of the solicitation, offerors�are required to include a signed copy of amendment 01 with their quotation submission.� ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This solicitation is for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) HAMILTON (WMSL 753) FY22 FYQ1 Dock-Side availaibility. Please refer to the attached documents for the requried specifications and submission requirements for this solicitation. Please see the addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (RFQ page 39) for specific guidance for submitting quotations.�Failure of a quote to show compliance with these instructions, to include�providing all required information in the format specified,�may be grounds for exclusion of the quote from further consideration.
