- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561621 Security alarm systems sales combined with installation, repair, or monitoring services the Size Standard is 22 Million. Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare System has a requirement for the Oceanside Community Based Clinic, located at 1300 Rancho Del Oro Drive, Oceanside, CA 92056, has an end-of-life surveillance system upgraded to comply with the main healthcare facility in La Jolla. The current system is analog and will be transitioned to an IP-based system and integrated onto the VA IT Network infrastructure. Department of Veterans Affairs.
