- Description
- The objective of this requirement is to provide scheduling services and project management support for ISPM.� Scheduling services provided will support Huntsville Center, through the five (5) phases of project management: initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closeout.� Scheduler services will improve ISPM effectiveness by allowing Government personnel to concentrate on inherently Governmental functions and efficiencies in the execution of projects using HQUSACE project management system (P2/P6/Primavera) and other enterprise Automated Information Systems (AIS).� Project management services will include training, improved data quality and oversight of programs, and improved Project Manager and Project Delivery Team effectiveness.
