- Description
- Statement of Work (SOW)� +� Salient Characteristics [updated 08.13.21] Workers will deploy insect anti-aggregate pheromone in forest environments to mitigate potential impact by forest pests: Douglas Fir Beetle & Mountain Pine Beetle.� We will require 3 different dispenser/chemical combinations to achieve this.� �Quantities of each �item� and recipient information is listed on the Source Item List. Item No. 1 MCH Double Bubble Capsules: Procurement of 39,250 dispensers that are currently registered by EPA for control of Douglas-fir beetle. Each dispenser to contain at least 1000 mg of MCH, 3-methyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one. ��Quantities of materials to be shipped to 2 different locations in Idaho & Montana, see the Source Item Lists. (The Montana FHP address shall receive 68% of the total units.� The Idaho FHP address shall receive the remaining 32% of the units). Pricing shall include shipping costs. Each shipment to individual offices shall include current EPA label and MSDS. Delivery date for MCH Double Bubble Capsules is no later than February 15, 2022. Item No. 2 Verbenone Pouches: Procurement of 1,262 pouches that are currently registered by EPA for control of mountain pine beetle. Each pouch to contain at least 7.84 grams of verbenone, 4,6,6-Trimethylbicyclo(3.1.1)hept-3-en-2-one. �See Source Item Lists for the quantity and distribution of the material to be shipped to 2 different locations in Idaho & Montana. (The Montana FHP address shall receive 77% of the total units.� The Idaho FHP address shall receive the remaining 23% of the units) Pricing shall include shipping costs. Each shipment to individual offices shall include current EPA label and MSDS. Delivery date for Verbenone Pouches is no later than February 15, 2022. Item No. 3 Verbenone SPLAT Tubes: �Procurement of 14 caulking tubes that are currently registered by EPA for control of Mountain Pine Beetle. ��Each tube to contain at least 750 grams of verbenone, 4,6,6-Trimethylbicyclo (3.1.1) hept-3-en-2-one. �See attached Source Item Lists for the quantity and distribution of the material to be shipped to 1 location in Idaho. (The Idaho FHP address shall receive 100% of the units) Pricing shall include shipping costs. Each shipment to individual offices shall include current EPA label and MSDS. Delivery date for Verbenone SPLAT tubes is no later than February 15, 2022.
