NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron � The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron � located at 560 Central Ave, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam 96860 intends to award a sole source purchase order to SolarWinds 7171 Southwest PKWY Bldg 400; Austin, Texas 78735-0002; United States. This supply requirement is for the purchase of renewal for technical support and yearly software maintenance on the following software products: �Sku� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Product 81267� � � � � � � � � � � SolarWinds Netflow Traffic Analyzer 81244� � � � � � � � � � ��SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager 81365� � � � � � � � � � ��SolarWinds Security Event Manager 81237� � � � � � � � � � ��SolarWinds IP Address Manager 81258� � � � � � � � � � ��SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor 81281� � � � � � � � � � ��SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor 81485� � � � � � � � � � � SolarWinds User Device Tracker 81384� � � � � � � � � � � SolarWinds Security Event Manger SolarWinds solution is a proprietary software suite developed by SolarWinds and they are currently the only vendor providing who provides their software support under the Department of Defense (DoD) ESI program, a required source for this purchase. The Government intends to acquire this supply under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party that can provide this supply, without compromising manufacturing delivery, warranty or mark ups, you may submit a statement of capabilities that may be considered by the 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice and it is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The capability statement, a price list and any other information furnished must be sent via email only and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet the requirements. Capability statements and related materials must be e-mailed to Camille Watley at camille.watley.2@us.af.mil and James Medlang at james.medlang@us.af.mil by 10:00 AM HST on 23 August, 2021.
