- Subject: Energy Automation Operational Technology Sustainment (EAOTS), Automated Tank Gauging, Independent Alarm System, Overfill Protection Equipment OCONUS Maintenance Award Synopsis Contracting Officer: Julie Miller Contracting Officer Address: DCSO Columbus 3990 East Broad Street Columbus, OH 43213 The solicitation SP4702-21-R-0001, which was issued through beta.SAM on 06 January 2021 and closed on 23 February 2021, resulted in the award of a 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, SP4702-21-D-0007, to BAE Systems (99789). This award is for continued services supporting the maintenance and sustainment of Automated Tank Gauging, Independent Alarm System, Overfill Protection Equipment (ATG/IAS/OPE) equipment located at multiple designated places of performance throughout areas OCONUS, which includes providing the required personnel and equipment to perform the maintenance for the ATG/IAS/OPE systems and implementing equipment installation at these sites. This effort consists of Transition-In, Maintenance Program Management, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Site Support, and Transition-Out. All services including labor, equipment, materials, parts, tools, test equipment, transportation, and travel for maintaining and repairing equipment associated with the ATG/IAS/OPE systems are encompassed under this effort; to include all services in support of design, procurement, installation, testing, subsystem/system implementation, system interfaces, training, documentation generation, integration and system troubleshooting of installations/modifications to the ATG/IAS/OPE system. The contract was awarded on 05 August 2021 with a period of performance from 13 September 2021 through 12 September 2026. The estimated amount of this contract is $44,952,669.10, with a $100,000.00 minimum and $59,900,000.00 maximum obligation amount. The contract contains 22 contract line items. This award was made under full and open competition, with no set asides.
