Description

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to L3Harris Corporation located 221 Jefferson Ridge PKWY, Lynchburg, VA 24501. Maintenance Support Services. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. This requirement is to provide warranty, help desk and maintenance radio repair support services for radio�s manufactured by L3Harris on radio models Unity CS7000, Unity Portable, and Unity Mobile. The system is the Harris Corporation Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) Eastern Regional Infrastructure (ERI) System aboard MCIEAST Area of Operations (AOR).
