U.S. GOVERNMENT Project 0WA2296 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Multiple Cities Delineated Area: Western Boundary:WA 509 S to WA 518 to WA 99 to WA 509/99 to WA 18 to I-5 S to WA 161 to Chrisella Rd NE Southern Boundary: Chrisella Rd NE to 48th St E to Edgewood Dr E to Main St. Eastern Boundary: Main St to Valley Avenue to A St SE to Auburn Way N to S 277th St to 116th Ave SE to SE 208th St to WA 515 to South Grady Way Northern Boundary: South Grady Way to Southcenter Blvd to I-5 N to WA 599 N to WA 99 N to the junction with WA 509 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 120 months Option Term: 60 months Additional Requirements: 20� ceiling height Cannot be located near daycare or HAZMAT facilities. Minimum 20� column spacing. Minimum of one 14�H x 14�W roll up motor operated grade level bay door. Minimum clear distance of 6� from bay door center line to both walls. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
