- Project Title: Replace Joint Sealant Uncontrolled Spillway Wall, Elk City Lake, Montgomery County, Kansas This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code f or this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction The size standard is $39,500,000.00 In accorance w ith FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is betw een $25,000 and $100,000 This acquisition is Subject to Availability of Funds. The Contractor is responsible for providing the labor, equipment, and materials needed to efficiently and effectively complete all work in accordance with this scope of work, the attached drawings, the specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. The final result will be cleaning and repairing the concrete joints providing the final features with a uniform and consistent sealant transition application as engineered. This work includes all aspects of sealant application at Elk City Lake Auxiliary Concrete Spillway in Montgomery County, Kansas
