Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, mandatory parts, non-mandatory parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following asset: � Nomenclature: �701D Engine Input NSN: �2840-01-284-4011, 2840-01-503-1701 Input Part Numbers:� 6071T24G01, 5130T00G01 Output NSN: �2840-01-503-1701 Output Part Number: �5130T00G01 Quantity:� 70 Minimum, 570 Maximum (100 FMS) The proposed contractual action will be a single award, Five (5) Year, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above.� The maximum quantity includes a Foreign Military Sales quantity of 100.� It has been determined the Government�s needs can be met in the commercial marketplace, therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 is sufficient for use in this acquisition.� This is a Critical Safety Item.� Technical data is available to support a full and open competitive solicitation under DMWR 1-2840-248-1/2/3/4 Revision date 09/30/2014.� Change #5 is currently available for the overhaul requirement.� A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required.� This procurement is restricted to the following approved sources:� General Electric Company (GE) (CAGE Code: 99207), Vector Aerospace (CAGE Code: 3AH19), and Bet Shemesh Engines Inc. (CAGE Code: S0202). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to compete for this or future solicitations. �Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs.� All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.� Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email. �You may mail your request to Army Contracting Command � Redstone, ATTN: CCAM-ALB, Regina H.
