- Description
- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 5306-01-185-6236, Bolt, Self Locking in accordance with �the following approved sources: �Avibank Mfg., Inc., CAGE 84256, P/N AS299-103, Space-Lok, Inc. CAGE 16258, �P/N 70103-08801-103, and SPS Technologies, LLC 56878, P/N 83067-12-103. �The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. �The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. �The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. �The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. �Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. �The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. �Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. �Enter the solicitation number within the search value area and click the submit button. �Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF). �To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. �This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. �A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on a case-by-case basis if access to DIBBS is not available. �Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about August 30, 2021.
