Description

This is a Sources Sought Announcement issued by the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) for informational and planning purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation, nor is it an announcement for a forthcoming solicitation. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in providing a response. The Basic Research Office (BRO) requires the procurement of the Dimensions.AI software subscription and support. Dimensions.ai software is the most comprehensive research grants database which links grants to millions of resulting publications, clinical trials and patents. Quantity and Description: Dimensions Analytics Subscription � 16 seats Standard access to Dimensions Analytics must include: Publications data Grants data Patents data Policy Documents data Clinical Trials data Datasets Platform Subscription Support � 1 year Up to 500 hours of platform subscription support to fully leverage use of the Dimensions Analytics platform during this period. Up to three (3) - 1 hour virtual overview training sessions for Dimensions Training sessions must be requested at least two weeks in advanced Support tickets must be submitted within the Platform. Use of Data is permitted only during the Term and is to be deleted on termination. Responses to this notification will help to determine the acquisition strategy for any future solicitation. Responses should be no more than 2�pages and include the following information: Organization Name; Contract Name, e-mail address and phone number; Organizations DUNS number; Business size status for the applicable NAICS code; A statement of interest in any forthcoming acquisition. A statement of capability to perform details of the requirement. Interested vendors are instructed to provide only the data requested. No proprietary classified confidential or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any nonproprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). Any additional information will not be reviewed by the WHS.
