- DAFIA requires survey management software that can generate survey data results in a specific format to feed a contractor proprietary analytic engine which performs post-processing to generate reports for all DAF Major Command and Field Command Inspectors General (IGs). Without this report, IGs are severely hampered in the performance of their biennial inspections of active, reserve and guard Wings & Deltas. IGs rely on these reports to scope and shape Unit Effectiveness Inspections. Specifically, the Perduco generated reports identify areas of non-compliance, ineffectiveness, and inefficiencies. Without these reports IG teams would require more personnel to ensure that all potential inspectable areas at risk are inspected; as opposed to prioritizing inspection resources against high risk -- high payoff inspection areas identified by the Survey Monkey survey respondents, and validated by the Perduco report generated by its proprietary engine. The survey management software is used to evaluate respondent inputs from over 100 Wings and Deltas annually. Additionally, DAFIA uses the survey software to generate surveys for unscheduled and short-notice Directed Inspections to support SecAF and CSAF assessment priorities. DAFIA, MAJCOM and FIELDCOM IGs will be unable to perform required inspections without significant delay and impact to scheduled inspection activities planned 6-12 months in advance. Product Critical Requirements: - Aggregates results from customer generated surveys and outputs data content in the format recognized by proprietary analytic engine produced under Contract # 47QRAA19D001R with Perduco. - Generates operator defined questions for presentation to survey audiences of up to 1500 respondents. - Performs survey branching which generates follow-on question selection based on response to previous question(s). - Annual organic capacity to produce, store, and distribute a minimum of 150 Unit Effectiveness Inspection Surveys, 12 Management Inspection Surveys and 5 Directed Inspection Surveys. - Web-based survey dissemination that is accessible to participant via URL/hyperlink. Product General Requirements: - Survey Management Solution provides survey sharing with fine control over who can view and edit user defined surveys and content. - Provides capability to consolidate comments, to analyze, filter and export results, to selectively collaborate and share surveys�among with multiple users. - 24/7/365 English email support. - Weekday callback phone support during standard (0800-1600) U.S. business hours for all CONUS time zones.
