Description: The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry that a Sole Source Fixed Price Contract is intended to be awarded to LAZ PARKING LTD, LLC, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1.�CBP Office of Professional Responsibility has a need for parking spaces in a specialized location only available from LAZ PARKING LTD, LLC. LAZ PARKING LTD, LLC (DUNS #108512856) provides a unique service whereby they are the only source capable of prividing the parking spaces due to the unique nature of CBP OPR's requirement.
