The Hampton VA Medical center currently has various heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment and pneumatics equipment, which have been maintained on a multi-year annual service contract. Due to the uniqueness and additional equipment items, the facility requires establishing another firm-fixed, multi-year service and maintenance contract. This will be an 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside.
