- Amendment 0001, dated 16 August 2021 The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Request For Proposal (RFP) W15QKN-21-R-0079 is to: 1. Answer the following question received from industry in response to Solicitation W15QKN-21-R-0079: Question 1: The subject Solicitation states in Section L, Paragraph L.2.3.1.a. that we are to provide one (1) signed and completed paper copy of the attached Standard Form (SF 33) and continuation sheets (Section A through M) signed by a person authorized to enter into the proposed contract on behalf of the Offeror.� However, there are no instructions regarding which volume this belongs.� Given the (81) total pages, of the requested SF 33 and continuation sheets (Sections A through M), it does not align with any of the volumes' page limits.� Please advise. Answer 1: The RFP W15QKN-21-R-0079 is the Standard Form 33 (SF 33) and it consists of Sections A through Sections M.� You have to go section by section and complete all the required fill-ins. The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Project Director Joint Services (PD JS), is seeking potential small business sources in order to sustain and modernize the organic and commercial convential ammunition industrial base (IB).� The ammunition IB provides for the development, production, storage, overload, and demilitarization of ammunition for the Joint Warfighter.� Modernization of the Army Ammunition Plants (AAP) will ensure the IB keeps pace with advance technologies that allow the Army to readily and efficiently equip the Joint Warfighter. Additional critical IB infrastructure and manufacturing process upgrades are required and anticipated.� Although the Government does have engineering capability, we are in need of subject matter experts (SMEs) in certain areas in order to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency in the ammunition IB.� The specific areas that will be supported through this contract effort are as follows: -Program Management (Contractor management and reporting of their effort) -National Technology and Industria Base( NTIB) Business Strategy and Risk Mitigation Support -NTIB Planning and Analysis Support -NTIB Project Execution Engineering and Technical Support -Facility Competition and Analysis Support -Armament Retooling and Manufacturing Support (ARMS) Analysis and Implementation Support -Demilitarization and Disposal (Demil) Analysis and Technical Support -Life Cycle Pilot Process (LCPP) Analysis and Technical Support
