Description
The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program has a requirement to contract a Meeting Package for the 480th MP Post-Deployment Event.� The event is from September 10 to September 12, 2021. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Attached is a written solicitation. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 with a size standard of $35,000,000. The offeror must submit a signed and dated quote on the attached Solicitation with unit prices and extended prices. In doing so and without taking any exception to the requirements of this synopsis/solicitation, including specification, ""Supplies or Services and Prices"" and terms and conditions, the offeror agrees to accede to all solicitation requirements. Offerors must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. Meeting Package. The contractor shall provide four (4) conference room or training areas: One (1) conference for the main training event for 140 attendees, two (2) conference rooms for child and youth activities with the capacity for up to 15 attendees per room, and one (1) conference as banquet room.��Office space for staff operation required.��� � Registration area. The contractor shall set up one table and two chairs located at the front desk for the registration processing.� Copy Machine and Fax. The contractor shall provide government employees unlimited access to copy and fax machines.��The contractor shall reserve up to 70 rooms for attendees and their family members. Each room must be double occupancy (2 beds). Single bed if applicable for singles attendees. Single Occupancy applies to singles attendees.��The contractor shall provide one (1) large banquet room to accommodate 140 individual near the session rooms.��The contractor shall provide 80 parking spaces. Parking for each participant Soldier will be provided (Family member) and fifteen (15) parking spaces must be available for the providers for each day.��The contractor shall provide Dinner on Friday 10 September 2021 and breakfast, breaks and lunch to attendees on 11 � 12 September 2021. All meal services packages must be hot buffet style. Contractor shall reference to Technical Exhibit #3 for meal service schedule.��The contractor shall provide childcare facilities for 5 dependents in ages between 0-5 years. This service may not be needed if minimum requirements are not meet. (Minimum 5 Children).��Child Care subject to change depending on Service Member request.��The contractor must be able to make rearrangements to any increase or decrease for meals and lodgings requirements within 48 hours prior the event. Any changes or adjustment will be in coordination with the POC of Yellow Ribbon Program. A complete description of the Meeting Package requirement is on the attached PWS and�Solicitation.
