- Description
- The Marine Corps Installations West (MCI-West) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) has a requirement to provide Leasing and Maintenance Services for Parts Washers and Spray Paint Gun Cleaners, located on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA. The RCO intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other that Full and Open Competition 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized by Statute, specifically, as it relates to 15 U.S.C. 637(m)(8) as implemented by FAR 19.1506 Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program sole source awards. This Sole Source award is to FRS Environmental, 1428A E. Sixth Street, Corona, CA� 92879. The contractor shall provide leased Parts Washers & Spray Paint Gun Cleaners, while also performing Preventive Maintenance and Repairs. The estimated period of performance is (base plus four years, with a 6-month option to extend): Base Year: 22 SEP 2021 to 21 SEP 2022 Option 1: 22 SEP 2022 to 21 SEP 2023 Option 2: 22 SEP 2023 to 21 SEP 2024 Option 3: 22 SEP 2024 to 21 SEP 2025 Option 4: 22 SEP 2025 to 21 SEP 2026 The anticipated procurement will be a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders to provide for commercial leasing and maintenance of parts washers and spray paint gun cleaners. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released to the vendor on or around 1 June 2021. This is not a request for responses.� This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
