Description

The Federal Aviation Administration, Boston Enroute Construction Office, has a new construction effort to replace the AHU�s 510, 515, and 520�at the Jacksonville ARTCC, Hilliard, FL. This project is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 238220, size standard of $16.5 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The estimated price range for this requirement is $750,000.00 - $200,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Due to COVID restrictions, a site visit will be added at a later date. NOTE TO OFFERORS: �All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to the requirements of Section L and M.
