- The Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky has a requirement for construction services to perform on Project #603-21-302, Replace Roofs Buildings 8 & 21. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and expert supervision needed to complete this project for a complete roof replacement of buildings 8 & 21, totaling approximately 5,900 square feet. Work includes but is not limited to demolition and replacement of the existing roofing system, flashings and drains in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. NAICS Code 238160 is applicable to this project. The small business size standard is $16.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is ZD2Z. The estimated range of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation is planned to be released on or by October 6, 2021. This project will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14, as a Seal Bid. This project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in accordance with 38 U.S.C. section 8127 (d). To be eligible to participate in this Seal Bidding process all Bidders must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, as well as be verified with the Center for Verification & Evaluation (CVE) in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at VIP Home · VetBiz Portal (va.gov). Eligibility will be verified both at the time of bid submission, as well as prior to award. This is a presolicitation notice. NO QUESTION WILL BE CONSIDERED UNTIL THE POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION
