Description

The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System has a requirement to upgrade HVAC and Generator Systems for Project 520-22-166.�The tentative date for issuing the RFP is on or around September 1, 2021, with proposals due approximately 30 calendar days later on-or-around October 1, 2021 (the RFP will state the exact time/date that proposals are due). The anticipated contract award date is approximately 30 calendar days or less after receipt of proposals. The Contract Performance Period is 270 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location of the work is at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Pensacola VA Clinic, 790 Veterans Way, Pensacola, FL 32507. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, supervision, transportation and anything else necessary to perform all work as described in project Scope of Work, Drawings, and Specifications. NAICS Code 238290 is applicable to this RFP solicitation and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. The Construction Cost Range for this project (Magnitude of Construction) is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Please review Presolicitation Notice for additional details.�
