Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The Regional Health Contracting Office � Pacific, Bldg 339, 146 Clark Road, Fort Shafter, Hawaii 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed-price contract for AMSCO Drying Cabinets. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� The solicitation number is W81K0221Q0228.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05.� The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515, size standard is 1,000 employees and the NAICS code of 339113.� This procurement is Unrestricted,�Brand Name or Equal. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price for purchase of AMSCO Drying Cabinets to be delivered no later than 30 September 2021 to Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Contract Requirement � The successful offeror shall be required to provide AMSCO Drying Cabinets with the minimum requirement given in the attachment; W81K0221Q0228Att1.� Contractors shall quote their unit pricing based on the estimated quantities identified in each Contract Line Item Number.
