- Description
- The Contractor shall provide Cisco brand name VS platform replacement using a phased installation approach. As part of the VS platform replacement, the Contractor shall supply all hardware, perform installation, pre-cutover, cutover, and acceptance activities. The Contractor shall also provide hardware installation technical support to VA UCIS Contractor activities shall also include the following: Perform Site survey to complete pre-cutover documentation Mount equipment in equipment racks Cable equipment for power and connectivity to network and Main Distribution Frame (MDF) Cut-over Analog lines from old Private Branch Exchange to new VS equipment Cut-Over existing LEC Circuits (Primary Rate Interface (PRI s). Secession Internet protocol (SIP) Trunks, etc.) from old Private Branch Exchange to new VS equipment Replace phones where necessary Pick up old phones during the replacement and bring back to staging area Collect, palletize, insure, and ship uninstalled phones to VA warehouse located in Landover, MD.
