- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Germline Genetic Testing Services for the following VISN 19 Station: Salt Lake City VA Medical Center 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, reagents, standards, controls, supplies, consumables/disposable items, parts, accessories and any other items required for the proper testing, analyzing and reporting of results for Germline Genetic Testing services for the Salt Lake City VAMC. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about August 16, 2021 and proposals shall be due on September 10, no later than 12:30 p.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 621511- Medical laboratories with a small business size standard of $35.0 million The solicitation reference is 36C25921Q0618 and should be referenced in all correspondence/ inquiries. The locations for services are stated above. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Opportunities (CO) website at www.betasam.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided.
