Clinton Ave. Fresno, CA 93703 DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 (NCO 21) Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The Department of Veterans Affairs Central CA Health Care System including 3 VA outpatient clinics located in Merced, Oakhurst, and Tulare have a requirement for contractor to provide all management, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for the interior and exterior of VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) located at 2615 East Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703 in a manner that ensures the health and general well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. All infestations will be addressed until complete elimination of pests as per Statement of Work (SOW). Solicitation Number 36C26121Q0939 for this effort will be posted to Contract Opportunities(SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities) on or about August 18, 2021. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project. Quotes are tentatively scheduled to be due on Monday, August 30, 2021 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date).
