Description

The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, Fort Smith, Arkansas, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to FPI/Unicor, 3301 Leestown Rd, Lexington, KY 40511-8702, a Government entity, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization, for glass partition extensions on a previous Unicor install, a 42"" credenza, a 66"" credenza & a 42"" conference table. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 337214. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1000 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 188th ANG Contracting Office intends to make a sole source award on or about 1�September 2021.
