- Description
- The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a sole source purchase order to Tobii Technology, Inc. for Tobii Pro Spectrum Eye Tracker 1200 Hz package with Tobii Pro Software that will include FOB Destination to Groton, CT 06349 with a required Delivery Date (6) weeks ADC. This purchase will be procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 27 August 2021. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to sharon.dexter@navy.mil to be considered by the Government for determining whether to compete this requirement or not. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent supply/service exists that would meet the Governments needs stated herein. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
