- Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Professional Modeler services to support coastal flood and sediment transport modeling efforts along the U.S. West Coast, including Puget Sound, Washington, San Francisco Bay, California, and Alaska. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Attached Pages: Combined Synopsis Solicitation, 9 pages. Statement of Work, 3 pages. 889 Certification Document, 2 pages.
