Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement to procure private equity and venture capital (PE&VC) data. Over the last few years, we have seen a surge in exam requests related to commercial lending to private equities and require data; To measure the fund performance, cash flows, fund terms of private equities identified among Y14 C&I obligors.� Y14 is the data set defined by the Federal Reserve and C&I refers to Commercial and Industrial. To identify the emerging risks among private equities that have existing credit lines with the OCC supervised large banks. To understand the Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) implications on the lives of private equities. Additionally, the OCC has the following data usage objectives: Publish research containing private equities and venture capital data retrieved from a vendor directly or other OCC procured resources Systematically download historical private equities and venture capital data Internally store private equities and venture capital data.
