Amendment 00001 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.237-1 Site Visit, incorporate Site Visit information within the referenced RFQ, extend questions as mentioned within the combined/synopsis, and extend the response date.� See attachment� SP470521Q0004 AMENDMENT 00001. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contract Services Office (DCSO) at Fort Belvoir is seeking a company to provide Recycle Hauling Services. DCSO-F provide the attached Combine Synopsis Solicitation, Statement of Work (SOW), Instruction to Offerors and the Service Contract Act Wage Determination # 2015- 4281 Rev. 18, Last Revised April 07, 2021 to give an opportunity to review them and submit the proposal.
