Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; 12RADA21Q0006 are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, with a small business size standard of 12.0M. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) Procurement Management Office (PMO) is seeking to award a contract for the Rural Development Section 515 Loan Servicing Training and Certification in accordance with the below �Description of Requirement�. Award shall be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. This is an �All or None� acquisition, incomplete quotes will not be considered.
