U.S. GOVERNMENT Pre-Solicitation Project 9CA3494 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: San Bernardino Delineated Area: N: Hwy 210/ Foothill Fwy/ Martin A Matich Hwy E: Hwy 210/ Foothill Fwy/ Martin A Matich Hwy S: Interstate 10 W: Interstate 215/San Bernardino Fwy/Riverside Fwy Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,000 Space Type: Office � Law Enforcement Parking Spaces: 51 Secured & Reserved (Surface or Structured) Full Term: 15 years + 2 year renewal Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: 2 years Additional Requirements: Building Access: 24/7 Standard Hours of Operation: 6 am to 6 pm Parking: Secured and fenced. Accommodates ceiling height and turning for standard size passenger bus Sallyport/secured vestibule Building Setback Minimum: Per security evaluation of location Co-Location Restrictions: Judicial Services�or Agencies The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in San Bernardino, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
