- This is non-personal services contract to provide road maintenance services to Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests. The Contractor will provide any and all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supervision, mobilization, equipment including safety and other incidentals necessary to perform all work for basic road maintenance activities located within the boundaries of the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest as indicated on the Schedule of Items on as �As-Needed�, basis in accordance with maintenance functions as defined in this Statement of Work, specifications, terms and conditions of the base BPA, subsequent Call Order. Place of Performance � The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests is located in the State of Georgia as shown on the enclosed map. See separate attachment for each Ranger District with the roads that may require maintenance. Roads which may be designated to receive maintenance under this contract are under the jurisdiction of the USDA Forest Service.� Work to be performed under this contract is comprised of various maintenance activities as listed in the Schedule of Items and in accordance with the Technical Specification. RANGER DISTRICT OFFICES Oconee Ranger District 1199 Madison Rd Eatonton, GA 31024 � Conasauga Ranger District 3941 US-76 Chatsworth, GA 30705 Chattooga River Ranger District 9975 US-441 Lakemont, GA 30552 Blue Ridge Ranger District 2042 GA-515 Blairsville, GA 30512 Period of Performance Call Orders may be placed throughout the entire contract performance period. Call Orders issued by the Government will detail the areas to be serviced, the services to be provided and order in which performance is required.� Actual quantities of services ordered will depend upon existing conditions at the time of the Government inspection. A list of road names and road numbers with the District that will require the maintenance will be delivered to the selected contractor prior to award of the call order. A number of USFS Roads with high traffic volume roads may require recurrent maintenance/blading on a more frequent basis dependent on weather conditions and traffic pattern at various times of the year.� The Period of Performance shall be for one (1) Base year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month Option Years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year: November 1, 2021 � October 31, 2022 Option Year 1: November 1, 2022 � October 31, 2023 Option Year 2: November 1, 2023 � October 31, 2024 Option Year 3: November 1, 2024 � October 31, 2025 Option Year 4: November 1, 2025 � October 31, 2026 . The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is�115310�with a small business size standard of $8�million. Quoters must be active in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) at the time solicitations are due. Those contractors are not active in SAM at the time solicitations are due will be rejected and not considered for award.
