Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Install drainage and waterproof system in basement of Ellwood at the 1798-1804 historic Ellwood Manor, Locust Grove, VA. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary for the installation of the drainage and waterproofing system. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 236118 Residential Remodelers with a small business size standard of $39.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for August 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
