Description

AMENDMENT 01 is to incorporate the following: 1. Extend the due date for bids to 31 August 2021.�A new date will be established upon receiving the answers to the contractor submitted questions regarding the project. *All other Solicitation details remain unchanged.* ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Project Title: Construct Final Barriers System West Gate CCSFS The contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct the final denial barrier system at the West gate of CCSFS, FL, to include electrical, ground and asphalt work. All work shall be done in accordance with requirements contained in the contract specifications, contract drawings, and applicable base standards, state/federal laws, and Air Force regulations to provide the Government with a complete and usable facility. A. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a single award fixed-price construction contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. B. NAICS Code: 237310: Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M. C. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). D. The duration of this contract will be 210 days from the Notice to Proceed. The number of days includes 45 Non-access days. E. This Acquisition is being issued as a HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. Any offeror not meeting this criteria shall be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. F. SITE VISIT INFO: See Section L, Clause 52.236-27 for Date and Instruction. G. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): Certified funds are not presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. ***All proposed cost/prices shall be valid until January 15 2022***
