- This synopsis is revised to remove NIINs 015817931 and 015991084 and to add NIIN 016629877 to the LTC project. This is a LTC project for the following NSNs.� See the attachment to this synopsis for more details. 012053041����� FAIRING,CONTROL 016629877������DUCT ASSEMBLY,AIR C Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid.�� This solicitation will add NIINs onto an existing Requirements Type subsumable contract with a period of performance for one, two-year base period and one, five-year option period.� All NSNs are sole source to Northrop Grumman.� The estimated annual demand quantity for each NSN is stated in the attachment to this synopsis.� FOB point at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin.� There are no special test requirements.� A higher-level contract quality inspection system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 or an equivalent is required.� This is an unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� ��A letter RFP solicitation will be issued.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.� The original RFP letter solicitation issue date is July 1, 2021.�� The revised RFP letter solicitation date is August 24, 2021. If there is an open solicitation for a national stock number for which you want to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package, please submit it directly to the buyer noted on the solicitation. SAR�s will not be evaluated for items that are already designated as fully competitive such as those items coded AMSC �G� and described by drawings and specifications.� (NOTE: This applies to open solicitations only). If you are submitting a SAR for a NSN with no open solicitation, please send it to: DLA Aviation, Attn: DLA AVN-DU (SAR Program Manager), 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5100. For help in completing the request, access the Source Approval Handbook. Please submit your nonreturnable SARs on CDs.
