- This Sources Sought Notice is for the Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) to determine sources for an MRI Monitor System. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, Virginia 23667, is seeking potential sources capable to provide a 3880 MRI STANDARD MONITOR SYSTEM. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, Size Standard 1000 Employees. Interested parties submitting a response to this inquiry must include the following information: capability statement, name and address of company; NAICS Code; DUNS number: business size (large, small, VOSB, or SDVOSB); identify applicable socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information which demonstrates the firm s ability to meet the above requirement. All responses shall be submitted no later than Friday, August 20, 2021 by 4:00 PM EST. Also, provide a brief description of the equipment and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement. The Pole mount and Roll stand must be MRI safe.
