Small Business Set-Aside

SBA Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
 

Description

This acquisition is being solicited as a competitive total small business set-aside for a firm fixed price (FFP) contract.� The objective of this project is to construct a one-story facility using a modular, prefabricated construction method at Ft Shafter, Hawaii.� See the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) document. There are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) attachments for this solicitation which will not be posted on SAM.� These CUI documents will be provided via the DoD SAFE site to interested�vendors�that complete the attached Statement of Affiliation (SoA) and meet security requirements. SoA submissions shall be sent via email to Samuel Curry at Samuel.L.Curry@usace.army.mil and Megan Brantley at Megan.N.Brantley@usace.army.mil. �In accordance with the presolicitation synopsis (Notice ID W912DY21R0063) dated 16 June 2021, the SoA was requested from interested vendors in order to allow sufficient time for review and approval prior to the release of this solicitation.� However, this does not exclude interested vendors from participating as long as a SoA is submitted/approved, and proposal received by the solicitation deadline. NOTE: Review of SoA may take up to 2 weeks. It is the responsibility of all interested vendors to take the approval time into consideration when promptly submitting their SoA. If a completed SoA has not been received by this office in time to complete its approval, interested vendors may not have adequate time to review the full solicitation and submit a proposal before the closing date of this solicitation. The Government�s shall not extend this solicitation due date as a result of failing to provide a timely SoA.
