Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a order to�Horizon Performance for the purchase of holistic talent assessment expertise, technical consulting, and software licensing for the configuration, utilization and sustainment of the US Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) Selection Course in support of the Border Patrol in El Paso, TX. The statutory authority for use of other than full and open competition for this transaction is 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available. However, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims of abilities. No award will be made on the basis of any proposal or other information received in response to this notice.� This is a notification of intent to acquire supplies and not a request for proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation of responses to this announcement. This is the only notice that will be issued for these goods.
