- The Navajo Area Indian Health Service(NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract to Caprietta Health Services Corp. (DUNS 081096593), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. Caprietta Health Services Corp., is able to provide Nurse Practitioner Services until October 31, 2021. The contractor is credentialed and met pre-security clearance requirements. The NAICS code is 621111, with an associated small business size standard of $12.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
