- The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Anark Corporation, 3005 Center Green Drive, Suite 225, Boulder, CO 80301 on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(a) (C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. COMFRC HQ, Anark Core Workstation COMFRC requires Anark Core Workstation and CAD Integration Software for the NATEC Technical Data Package team.� Anark is the designer, developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Anark Core Workstation, and retains all the proprietary /technical data rights.� The Anark Core Workstation software allows subject matter experts (SMEs) to create recipes around the business rules of imported data and artifacts to publish stand-alone PDF documents. This software is required for the NATEC Technical Data Package (TDP) team�s 3Di Viewable project. Using Anark Core Workstation to create recipes and combining them with templates and artifacts will help standardize and test the methodology for converting native Computer Aided Design (CAD) models into 3Di viewables. Original equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are not constrained to any one modeling software, making it necessary to explore multiple CAD software packages. Anark Core Workstation along with its CAD integration software allows a user to import models developed in the five most commonly used CAD software tools within NAVAIR to create PDF viewables for downstream consumption. Without the ability to use Anark Core Workstation and its CAD integration software to establish and test this methodology, there will be a gap in 3D model data transfer to downstream users impacting supply posture and sustainment efforts across the enterprise. Included in the purchase:� -������������ Anark Core Workstation Enterprise (2) - ����������� Anark Core Integration CATIA (2) -������������ Anark Core Integration CREO (2) -������������ Anark Core Integration Inventor (2) - ����������� Anark Core Integration NX (2) -������������ Anark Core Integration Solidworks (2) -������������ Anark Premium Maintenance and Support (1) THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement without impacting the requirement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
