Description

The 375th Contracting Squadon at Scott AFB, IL is contemplating an award for Integrated Solid Waste Management� (ISWM) Services located at Scott AFB, IL for 01 October 2021 through 30 September 2026, subject to availability of funds.� The requirement will include a Base Period and four (4) Option Years.� The complete Performance Work Statement (PWS), WD 2015-5075 Rev 17, Real ID Version 41, Pricing Worksheet, and Solicitation FA440721R0001 is included.� This will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS 562111. Any Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by email by Wednesday, 11 August 2021 at 12:00pm (CST).� Questions will be consoidated and responses will be forwarded to all Offerors through SAM.gov.� Responses to this solicitation are due no later than 12:00pm (CST)�Thursday 19 August 2021.�� * A Question and Answer Sheet Version 1 has been added as an attachment. Please review all questions and answers. * A Site Visit will not be held for this effort.� The locations, tasks, and frequencies are listed in the PWS on page 18-20, Table A3: Refuse Tasks and Frequencies * A Question�and Answer Sheet Version 2 (As of 10 August 2021) has been added as an attachment.� Please review all questions and answers. * A Question and Answer Sheet Version 3 (As of 13 August 2021) has been added as an attachment.� Please review all questions and answers. * Federal Acquistion Circular 2021-06 07-12-2021 is added to the Solicitation FA440721R0001 * All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency is added to the Solicitation FA440721R0001. * SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 1� - This notice serves to state�the�Solicitation FA440721R0001 has been extended until Tuesday, 24 August 2021 at 12:00pm CST.� The WD Rev 17 2015-5075, dated 5-14-21 has been updated to WD Rev 18 2015-5075, dated 07-21-21. The Solicitation Amendment 1 FA440721R00010001�document and the WD Rev 18 2015-5075, dated 07-21-21 is forthcoming. * SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 1 - FA440721R00010001 includes the following Changes: 1. Extends the Solicitation until Tuesday, 24 August 2021 at 12:00pm CST. 2. Changes to Line Items 0011, 1011, 2011, 3011, and�4011 from 125 Actual Tons to 3,250 Actual Tons @ Estimated Unit Price of $39.00 and Estimated Amount of $126,750.00. See Highlighted Changes. 3. Changes�to Line Items 0012,�1012, 2012, 3012, and 4012 from 200 Each to 141 Actual Tons @ Estimated Unit Price of $106.00 and Estimated Amount of $14,946.00. See Highlighted Changes. 4. Updated ISWM Pricing Worksheet to include the estimated pricing for line items 0011, 0012, 1011, 1012, 2011, 2012, 3011, 3012, 4011, and 4012.� Please return a copy of the completed ISWM Pricing Worksheet. See Highlighted Changes. 5. The WD Rev 17 2015-5075, dated 5-14-21 has been updated to WD Rev 18 2015-5075, dated 07-21-21 (See Attached).� � 6.� Updates to Instructions to Offers as reflected in Addendum 52.212-1.� See Highlighted Changes. Attached is the Conformed copy of the Solicitation with changes to be completed and returned along with the ISWM Pricing Worksheet completed and returned as well. Also attached is the SF30 - FA440721R00010001 Amendment -1 which shows all changes to the Solicitation, the WD Rev 8 2015-5075, dated 07-21-21.
