Description

The Deschutes National Forest intends to acquire by contract the construction of a Boat Launch at the Wyeth Campground Boating Site. Project work shall include: demolition and removal of the existing concrete Wyeth Boat Launch and construction of a new boat ramp in the same footprint of the boat ramp to be demolished and removed. The project will require earthwork excavation to occur within the waters of the Deschutes River. The project will also require construction of a cast-in-place �V-Groove� finish concrete boat launch, as well as, placement of government supplied precast concrete plank panels below the ordinary high water mark of the River. Contractor shall provide all necessary traffic control to complete the work.�� The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to complete the project in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation.�All work for this project is on the Wyeth Campground, Cascade Locks, OR within the Deschutes National Forest. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238990- All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The corresponding size standard is $16.5 million. Offerors will be evaluated on technical capability (experience), past performance, capacity to accomplish work on time and price. The Contract will be awarded to the offeror whose submittal, in compliance with the solicitation, is the best value to the Government. The Government total estimated value is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government.� Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract.� Lack of registration in the SAM Database will render an offeror ineligible for award.� Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at: https://www.sam.gov/.
