- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 238990 and the Small Business Standard is $16.5 million. This is a notice for a Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Manufacturing of 14 Large and 8 Small Shear blocks to help support the USS Cheyenne in accordance with the Statement of Work in the attached Standard Form 1449 Request for Quote. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The performance schedule will be negotiated prior to award. The anticipated period of performance is to be from September 15, 2021 to January 21, 2022. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of this solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this solicitation. Please review the attached RFQ � Standard Form 1449 and all Attachments.
