- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140F0621Q0190 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is within 15 days after the close of this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated 07/12/21. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 336212 Truck Trailer Manufacturing. The small business size standard is $1,000 employees. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation.
