The email shall include the Firm�s Name and the name, phone number and email address of each tour attendee. Attendees shall be prepared to present a government-issued picture identification such as a state driver�s license to access the facility and attend the tour. RESPONSES DUE End Date / Time: 08/31/2021 17:00 ET Set-Aside Requirement: Small Business NAICS 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing 1,250 employees Award Based on Tradeoff in 2 Steps: Bid Packages submitted in response to this Unison/Marketplace Buy will be evaluated in two steps: Step 1. Offers will be determined technically acceptable. To be technically acceptable the seller�s bid package shall readily demonstrate an ability to meet or exceed the attached Brand Name Salient Characteristics; and Step 2. Bid Packages that pass Step 1 will be further evaluated for Best Value to the Government based upon the following non-price or non-cost factors, which are of descending order of value/importance: Factor (A) Technical Performance of the offered CRAC System; Factor (B) Installation Plan; and Factor (C) Past Performance. Each non-price factor requires support documentation. In determining which bid package offers the greatest value or advantage to the Government, overall non-price merit will be considered more important than price or cost.
